Hi, I’m Josh from Joshfotos_, a professional photographer based in Seoul, South Korea.
Since 2019, I’ve been capturing unforgettable moments for travelers, couples, and influencers from all around the world. Whether it’s a wedding photoshoot, a Korean pre-wedding session, or a Seoul travel photography experience, my goal is to help every client feel comfortable, confident, and natural in front of the camera — even if posing feels unfamiliar.
I believe photography is not just about taking pictures, but about telling your story through beautiful, timeless images. Let’s create warm memories together in the heart of Seoul that you’ll cherish forever.
This adorable family booked a fall photoshoot at Gyeongbokgung, and we spent the golden hour together from about 4 to 5 PM. As the sun began to set, the soft evening light wrapped the palace in warm autumn colors, creating the perfect backdrop for their photos.
When it comes to family photoshoots, the most important thing for me is capturing the entire family beautifully within one frame.
From there, I like to create a variety of combinations—romantic shots of the parents together, and lively, playful moments of the kids interacting with each other.
These different pairings always bring out each person’s personality while still highlighting the warmth of the family as a whole.
Of course, I always make sure to take individual portraits as well. This time, though, the father was a bit too shy and politely said he’d skip his solo shot.
It was sweet—and honestly, moments like that often show just as much personality as the photos themselves.
I captured a few romantic moments of just the two of them, and I think the feeling came through beautifully.
I captured plenty of sweet moments of the two kids as well.
In November, Gyeongbokgung transforms with red maple leaves and bright ginkgo trees, making it one of the must-visit spots for anyone traveling to Korea during fall.
Traveling and taking photos with children can be challenging, but the happiness that comes from preserving those memories is truly indescribable. If you’re planning a trip to Seoul and thinking about a family photoshoot, I’d be happy to hear from you.
