Korea’s winter is very cold and extremely dry. In reality, from December to February, photo shoot requests tend to slow down—but for those who can’t give up the chance to capture something truly special, a hanbok photoshoot is still a deeply attractive and memorable experience.

There are many beautiful areas inside the palaces, but in winter most of the leaves have fallen. So instead of focusing on lush trees and greenery, I usually try to highlight the couple more—capturing their moments within the palace architecture and indoor-style corridors rather than relying on forest-like scenery.

Also, the wide variety of hanbok styles was more than enough to showcase each couple’s unique personality.

I also make sure not to miss the playful side—each couple gets a few fun, cheeky shots as well.
