Hi, I’m Josh — Your Local Host in Seoul

Hi, I’m Josh, a Seoul-based host, photographer, and longtime traveler.

I run a private Airbnb for guests who want more than just a place to sleep.

I’ve traveled, worked, and lived abroad myself, so I understand what it feels like to arrive in a new country and need something simple but reliable: a safe place, clear communication, and someone local you can actually talk to.

This Airbnb is not run by a company or a management team. It’s my home, and I host my guests personally.

Why Guests Choose This Place

Hotels are convenient, but they’re also impersonal.

Staying here means:

  • Clear communication in English
  • Local recommendations you won’t find on Google
  • Help with transportation, timing, and planning
  • A clean, calm, and private space

Many of my guests say they feel more relaxed knowing they have a local host they can rely on.

More Than Just an Airbnb Stay

When you travel, where you stay shapes your entire experience.

My place in Seoul is designed for travelers who want comfort, honesty, and a local perspective. It’s located near major subway lines, making it easy to move around the city while still having a quiet place to rest at the end of the day.

If something goes wrong or you need help, you’re not dealing with automated messages—you’re staying with a real person who lives here.

This isn’t a luxury hotel.

It’s a well-kept, welcoming home for travelers who value meaningful experiences over flashy interiors.
