photographer based in Seoul, South Korea.
Since 2019, I’ve been capturing unforgettable moments for travelers, couples, and influencers from all around the world. Whether it’s a wedding photoshoot, a Korean pre-wedding session, or a Seoul travel photography experience, my goal is to help every client feel comfortable, confident, and natural in front of the camera — even if posing feels unfamiliar.
I believe photography is not just about taking pictures, but about telling your story through beautiful, timeless images. Let’s create warm memories together in the heart of Seoul that you’ll cherish forever.
A wedding anniversary is the perfect milestone to celebrate your enduring love, and what better way to commemorate it than with a romantic trip to South Korea?
While exploring the vibrant streets of Seoul is a must, bringing home professionally captured memories is the ultimate souvenir.
If you are planning your anniversary trip, you might be wondering: How can we capture both the traditional heritage of Korea and the trendy, romantic vibes of modern Seoul without spending the whole day shooting?
The answer is a strategic 2-hour multi-location photoshoot. Today, I’m sharing a beautiful anniversary session of a lovely couple who spent their first hour in traditional Hanbok at the royal palace and their second hour in a chic dress and suit around the historic alleys of Seochon.
This beautiful couple’s 22nd wedding anniversary session began at the iconic Gyeongbokgung Palace. It is safe to say that almost every traveler visiting South Korea—especially Seoul—has this magnificent palace on their itinerary.
As an extraordinary cultural heritage site, it is arguably the most representative and breathtaking landmark in the country.
The grand architecture of the royal palace, with its intricate colorful paintings and majestic stone pathways, offered a timeless backdrop for their enduring love story. Walking hand-in-hand through the historical pavilions, they looked absolutely stunning.
After capturing the majestic beauty of the palace, it was time for a complete vibe change. The couple changed into their stunning modern attire—a dazzling black sequin evening gown and a sharp, tailored grey double-breasted suit.
To perfectly contrast their sophisticated "Hollywood glamour" look, we headed to my favorite local neighborhood: Seochon (서촌).
Here is a little secret for travelers planning a trip to Seoul: While the famous Bukchon Hanok Village is undeniably beautiful, it is almost always packed with massive crowds of tourists. If you want a more intimate, relaxed, and authentic Korean vibe, Seochon is the place to be.
Located just west of Gyeongbokgung Palace, Seochon is a peaceful hideout for locals, filled with vintage shops, artistic cafes, and quiet alleys dotted with traditional Hanok roofs.
We spent the second hour simply strolling around, chatting, and finding beauty in the rustic, everyday streets of Seoul. I absolutely love capturing the "in-between" moments too—like when she needed a quick break from her gorgeous heels, swapping them out for comfy shoes while bursting into uncontrollable laughter. These raw, candid moments are what make a 22-year love story so incredibly beautiful and relatable.
The true magic of an anniversary photoshoot is capturing the genuine joy of being together. Because Seochon is so quiet and uncrowded, the couple could completely let their guard down. The warm "Golden Hour" sunlight filtered perfectly through the narrow brick alleys, adding a cinematic touch to every frame.
